Ex-RWA Executive Sues Over Alleged Stablecoin Venture Diversion
A former executive at crypto consulting firm RWA Company has filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court, accusing the firm of wrongful termination and fiduciary breach. Max Glass claims controlling members Gregory DiPrisco and Joseph Quintilian forced him out to seize control of a lucrative stablecoin project that evolved into blockchain payments platform M0.
The complaint alleges a "scheme of coercion and fraudulent inducement," asserting Glass was deceived into signing away his rights to the intellectual property. The disputed project was developed in partnership with German fintech CrossLend GmbH before being diverted to a new entity.
M0 operates as infrastructure provider rather than direct stablecoin issuer, distinguishing it from market leaders like Tether or Circle. The case highlights growing tensions in crypto ventures as blockchain payment systems gain traction.
